Know what works
Pitching and persuading are ‘peas-in-the-same-pod’ After several years of talking to people, pitching brand design and UX concepts I have developed a flexible pattern that can be tailored to both product and people. I’d like to share an example with you below. This was for a first stage light-touch print ()brochure design) launch for and SME based in England , UK.
Here is the breakdown;
Visual Direction
Version 1
Deep African based colour palette highlighting key tips and simple how-do procedures

Version 2
Lighter treatment, staying true the the African colour palette and with an alternative cover image

Conclusion
The structure was all there. I often say design is a business decision, but here it was all personal. So, I left it with the business owner to make a stylistic choice on which version they preferred.
Can you guess what was their preference?
