From concept to launch (and beyond)

Russell Webb Design is me, Russell Webb – a designer specialising in branding with an expertise in mobile, online and print but above all UX, and with over fifteen years design and managerial experience. It has developed brand ID, produced successful integrated retail campaigns and designed online experiences across many industries including financial, petroleum, home entertainments, telecoms, FMCG and retail and more recently iOS, Android and mobile and tablet web

My Skills

I feel my strengths lie in leading teams to design online expe­ri­ences that are both best in class and raise standards in UX design. With a passionate process driven approach, I have extensive experience in managing expectations, delivering on-time and within budget to key sponsors across multi-level projects. In a nurshell;

With a creatively lead approach I actively promote experimentation, group presentation and talent sharing. Both in a way of providing guidance for the client and as a level of hand-holding for the user. I also have presented at design-orientated events and builds networking links as a way to develop it’s skill set.

As well as collaborators, agencies need to attract, hire and breed other kinds of people. Problem solvers. Generalists. Entrepreneurs. Inventors. People who understand business. People who understand people. People who can learn and adapt quickly. People who don’t sit comfortably inside the boxes that they’re given to sit in.
